It is our pleasure to announce that the 2023 International Conference on Electronic Technology and Network Communications (ICETNC 2023) will be held in Qingdao, China, on September 29-30, 2023.

ICETNC 2023 will provide a unique opportunity for the Electronic Technology and Network Communications professionals, scientists, engineers, educators, students and researchers all over the world to exchange their scientific ideas, views and thoughts with fellow researchers and participants. This conference will address some of the more relevant and state-of-the-art issues and topics involved in Electronic Technology and Network Communications.

The ICETNC is seeking original, high impact research papers on all topics related to the development of the Electronic Technology and Network Communications. Papers will be reviewed and selected based on technical novelty, integrity of the analysis and social impacts and practical relevance.

All full paper submissions to the ICETNC should be related to the main topics of the conference and each paper will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, originality, completeness, contributions and readability. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published by Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to the major academic databases, including Ei-Compendex(www.ei.org), Google and Google Scholar (www.google.com), ISI (ISTP, CPCI, Web of Science, www.isinet.com), Scopus and other indexing services.
